Look for the secure locker system at this location. Your Starlink equipment will be ready for pickup once your booking is approved.

Locker Access

How to Pick Up Your Starlink:

  1. Once your booking is approved, you'll receive an email with a one-time access code
  2. Go to the secure locker at 3026 Richmond Blvd, Oakland
  3. Enter your access code on the locker keypad
  4. Retrieve your Starlink equipment and all accessories from the locker

The access code is valid for 24 hours from your rental start date. Keep this code secure and do not share it with others.

Return Instructions

How to Return Your Starlink:

  1. At the end of your rental term, return to 3026 Richmond Blvd, Oakland
  2. Place all equipment securely in the carrying case
  3. Use the return shoot at the top of the locker to drop off the equipment
  4. You'll receive a confirmation email once the return is processed

⚠️ Please ensure all equipment is returned by your rental end date to avoid late fees. The return shoot is available 24/7 for your convenience.
