Booking rules: Rentals must be booked at least 3 days before your start date and require a 3-day minimum.

Payment: Half of your rental cost is paid up front via Venmo to lock in your Starlink. The remainder is due at pickup.

Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled at least one week before your rental. 50% refund if cancelled 3–7 days before. No refund if cancelled within 3 days of your rental period.

Booking Guidelines

Next-day reservations have a high likelihood of being fulfilled but are not guaranteed. We recommend submitting a booking request and waiting for a confirmation email to ensure it can be accommodated.

Reservations made more than 3 days in advance are automatically confirmed. You will receive an email with pickup instructions and access details once approved.
