How much does it cost to rent a Starlink in the Bay Area?

Where do I pick up and return the Starlink Mini?
At our self-serve garage in Oakland, near Richmond Blvd and Frisbie St, any hour of the day or night. The exact address and access details are emailed once your payment clears. The garage is close to major freeways, which keeps pickup convenient for customers across the Bay Area. Read the pickup instructions.
Can I rent a Starlink for just a day, a weekend or a week?
Yes. Rentals can be any length from a single day. Short rentals bill the $60 minimum, and a full week costs $150, the same as six days. Check your dates to see whether a unit is free, including same-day.
Is the data really unlimited?
Yes. Every rental includes an unlimited data plan with no caps, throttling or overage charges, so you can stream, take video calls and work without watching a data meter.
Can I use it while driving or camping?
Yes. The Starlink Mini is portable, runs from a car's 12V outlet or a standard AC outlet, and the included magnetic mount holds it on a steel car roof. It needs a clear view of the sky. See how it works or read our guide to camping and road trips.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 7 days before your start date and time for a full refund. Rentals booked less than 7 days ahead, including same-day rentals, are not refundable once paid, so check your dates first. Read the full answer.
Is this Starlink's own rental program?
No. Bay Area Starlink Rentals is an independent local business that rents Starlink Mini kits by the day. We are not affiliated with Starlink or SpaceX. Renting from us means no hardware purchase and no monthly subscription to manage.
